We'll install and set up Alex together on the call — this is just the handful of things to have ready beforehand so we can move fast and get Alex working for you by the time we hang up.

01Have your logins ready

Meta Business / Facebook Ads Manager So Alex can watch and optimize your ad spend. We'll connect it live. Your CRM If you use one GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar — have admin access ready. Slack workspace Admin access so we can add Alex to the channels you want it watching. Google Workspace Calendar, Drive, and Gmail — signed in and ready to authorize. Stripe If you run payments Only if you'd like Alex to track revenue and invoices.

02Have your AI on standby

Your go-to AI, logged in and ready ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini — whichever one knows your business best. On the call we'll drop in a quick prompt and it'll pull your clients, brand, and goals automatically, so there's nothing to gather by hand.

03Set up for the call

Be at your computer — not your phone We'll be installing and clicking through setup together. Block 45 minutes in a quiet spot Screen sharing on — it's hands-on, and you'll leave with Alex live. Your call link is in your calendar invite It's in your booking confirmation — add it to your calendar so it's one click when it's time.
